Responsibility for shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return. If the return is due to our mistake—such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item—we will cover the shipping fees. However, if the return is for personal reasons (wrong size, color preference, change of mind, or failure to read product details carefully), the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the product you received is incorrect or was damaged during delivery, please take clear photos and contact [email protected] immediately. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Please contact our customer service team before sending anything back to obtain the correct return address. Do not send returns to the original shipping address, as they cannot be processed there.

For returns without quality issues, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that return packages must be sent to the designated address provided by our team. Returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed. Ensure that your return does not contain any non-Rablom products, as we cannot be held responsible for returning such items. Additionally, we are not liable for packages lost or stolen during the return process—please keep your shipping receipt as proof.

If the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective due to our production or delivery error, we will cover all related costs and issue a full refund, including shipping fees. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment are eligible for a full refund. However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If a package is lost during transportation, we will refund the full amount. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot compensate for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect address information.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Return Label:
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, you may download and print a prepaid return label. For returns due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the postage and return label cost.
